A1Media Terms and Services Agreement

Company: A1Media Marketing Agency, LLC
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using services provided by A1Media Marketing Agency, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided A1Media offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Website Design and Development
Social Media Management
Email Marketing
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Video Editing and Photography Services
3. Client Obligations Clients must:
Provide accurate information required for service fulfillment.
Make timely payments according to agreed invoices.
Approve or request revisions within 5 business days of deliverables being sent.
4. Payment Terms
All services require a 50% deposit upfront, unless otherwise agreed.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion.
Late payments incur a fee of 5% per week past the due date.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
A1Media retains all rights to preliminary designs and concepts.
Final approved deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
Clients grant A1Media the right to use completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, marketing strategies, client data, and any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Clients may cancel services with 14 days' written notice.
Deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun.
A1Media reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
8. Limitation of Liability A1Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use or inability to use the services.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
10. Amendments A1Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or posted updates on the official website.
